Super Simple and Even Tastier!
This recipe goes with just about anything, but feel free to spice up the…spices!

*Rinse Tofu
*Drain excess liquid for about a half hour by wrapping in paper towel to soak up liquid (optional for crispier tofu)
*2 Tbsp Olive oil
*1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
*1 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
*1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
*1 Tbsp Onion Powder
*Salt
*Pepper
(Other seasoning optional- best if using complimentary spices in accordance with overall meal)

*Slice tofu.
(I prefer cubed, but there is no wrong way to prepare it size wise. The more surface hits the oil, the more flavor the tofu has.)
*Heat Fry Pan with oil.
(I use a minimal amount of coconut oil to not flood the tofu with coconut flavor. However, I use it because it gives the tofu a cripsier texture.)
*Add 1/2 of the total seasonings to pan before you add tofu.
*Place tofu and use the remaining seasoning on the side facing up.
*Place lid on pan, to avoid excess splashing of oil. Fry on Medium High Heat for about 5 minute or until golden brown.
*Flip the tofu to cook on the other side, cook for same amount of time.
*Add toasted sesame oil at end and toss around fry pan with tofu.
*Fry for another couple a minutes until all sides are golden brown.
*Add it as your protein to any dish!
Enjoy!
